While the title and cover may lead viewers to think a dentistry theme is involved, what they get are coal miners and a family of competitive businessmen taking advantage of their employees.  it's an odd setup that isn't helped by weak sex.  The transfer is equally forgettable, with dull colors over a blurry picture, aliasing, and pixelation.
