The concept behind this tale is that the wind carries lust in its essence, forcing any young man that comes in its path to get naked and get friendly.  Hey, works for us.  It's a decent feature with only a decent transfer.  The first scene in particular suffers from some awfully distracting pixelation and some severe color moire.  The remaining four scenes aren't as bad, but edge pixelation and plenty of blurred shots (mostly close-ups) still creep in.
