LOS ANGELES—Julia Epiphany has received her first nomination of the year, for Best Trans Clip Artist, at the upcoming 2021 Inked Awards. After a month of fan submissions leading to more than 10,000 suggestions, the nominations were announced last Thursday evening via Twitter and on InkedAngels.com.
“It’s such an amazing feeling to see my name on the list for Best Trans Clip Artist,” Epiphany said. “I literally screamed in excitement. Thank you for this amazing honor and be sure to vote for me every day!”
Epiphany is also a presenter at the event. Voting is now open and runs through Valentine’s Day. Fans are encouraged to vote daily for their favorite tattooed performers in each of 10 categories, including Best Tits, Best Ass, Perfect Pussy and more.

Hosted by Rocky Emerson, Raven Roxx and Will Havoc, this year’s show also features a section of panel nominations put together by a group of critics and reviewers from many platforms in the adult industry, as well as an award given to a Hall of Fame inductee and one for the first time ever for Community Member of the Year. The official date for the virtual ceremony will be announced in the next few weeks.

Epiphany launched her new monthly column on AIPdaily.com last week with her first offering, "Pornography, Nanotech, and You," exploring the relationship between technology and erotica.
“If you love pornography, or erotica, or even simply art, then you must understand none of those things can exist without a technology to accommodate them,” Epiphany explains. “By the same token, if the technology exists, then the corresponding art will exist in parallel: they are two sides of the same coin.”
