LOS ANGELES—Pornhub has announced the nominees for its inaugural Pornhub Awards ceremony, taking place September 6 at the Belasco Hotel in Los Angeles.
To be hosted by brand ambassador Asa Akira, the ceremony will be broadcast live on Pornhub.com in HD and virtual reality, with HoloFilm Productions overseeing the VR broadcast. Viewers will also be able to interact with others virtually attending the event via HoloFilm's Oasis virtual world, available for download here.
Winners will be crowned at the ceremony in nearly 60 categories, including Pornhub Insights-driven ones such as Top Gangbang Performer, Most Popular Female Porn Star by Women, Celebrity of the Year and Most Popular Cinematic Channel; as well as fan-voted categories including Instagrammer of the Year, Hottest Male Ass, Best Premium Snapchat and Best Cumshot.
There will also be a Visionary Award presented to rapper Young M.A., who will be performing at the ceremony, for her directorial debut The Gift, released earlier this year as the first installment of the Visionary Directors' Club series for Pornhub Premium.
