LOS ANGELES—Director and newly-appointed Wicked Pictures head of producion Axel Braun announced Friday that pre-production has begun on his first return to the Wicked Comix "Axel-verse" since 2019's Captain Marvel XXX, enlisting Penthouse Pet of the Year Lacy Lennon to inhabit the central role portrayed in the Hollywood Marvel movies by Scarlett Johansson—namely Natasha Romanova, aka Black Widow.
Black Widow XXX: An Axel Braun Parody marks not only Braun's first comic book parody project in over a year and a half, but Wicked's first tentpole production since the company was acquired by Gamma Films Group in December.
"I hate to sound conceited, but this one is gonna be beyond awesome!" Braun said. "Lacy is the perfect Natasha, and the perfect actress to anchor a movie of this scope. Her commitment to the project is absolute, and she has the acting ability, sexual energy and emotional depth to portray Black Widow the way it should be done. She will absolutely rock this role, and I can't wait for the fans to see what we have in store!"
Offered Lennon, "Comic books have carved my way for the type of woman who I want to be. Someone I idolized as a child was Natasha Romanova. Why? She is this beautiful woman who makes every man's jaw drop straight to the ground without even noticing. Her confidence, her sex appeal, and her strength are beyond admirable. She is like the Marilyn Monroe of Marvel, while also this master assassin ... and nothing is hotter than a woman who knows how to use her body for both pain and pleasure.

While supporting characters and story details are yet to be announced, Braun promised the movie will deliver "better-than-mainstream costumes, an intricate storyline, plenty of hot sex, and more than a few surprise appearances." And with the long-delayed mainstream Black Widow film now slated to arrive in May, Braun plans to have his rendition out at the same time on Wicked.com.
