LAS VEGAS, Nev.—MiKandi, the world’s leading mobile adult application marketplace, will conduct a workshop at the upcoming Internext trade show that brings adult content producers and mobile app developers together for the first time at an adult entertainment event. For anyone interested in extending the reach of their content onto mobile networks, this special session will provide necessary guidance on how to engage with the other essential partner in that process—the app developer.
MiKandi works with content producers and app developers to help create and then market adult mobile applications. As the “middle men” in this burgeoning area, MiKandi staffers are perfectly placed to understand the needs of both groups.
“At MiKandi we hear both sides of the conversation,” said MiKandi co-founder Jenn McEwen. “Content providers are anxious to find developers but are unsure where to start, and developers are looking for quality content to include in their applications. As an app store, we're in a position to help bridge that gap, as well as provide unique insights on consumer behavior, monetization methods, and market trends. MiKandi is excited to help adult brands navigate through the ever-evolving mobile landscape and provide consumers the very best mobile experience for adults.”
MiKandi will also be reaching out to its many contacts in the app developer community to invite developers to the event in order to meet adult content producers. In this way, the session is being designed and promoted as an educational opportunity as well as a fantastic opportunity to engage in direct networking.
The Content Producer/App Developer Workshop will take place Sunday, Jan. 9 from 3 to 4 p.m. It will be run by Jesse Adams, co-founder and president of MiKandi; Saurav Chattopadhyay, also a MiKandi co-founder and the head of the server team; and Christopher Lewicki, the company’s chief software architect.
