David A. Moyer is a Freelance Paralegal, Consumer Advocate and Notary Public with substantial legal experience (16 years) who owns Moyer Paralegal Services, Ltd.

David A. Moyer has been a guest lecturer at: The Ursuline College Accelerated Paralegal Program Paralegal Fair, The Institute for Paralegal Education and The Akron Bar Association Paralegal Committee. Mr. Moyer is the author of “Creating a Trial Notebook” as part of IPE's Crash Course in Trail Preparation for Paralegals.
He was the President and Co-Founder of the American Freelance Paralegal Association (AFPA), and past Vice President and Board Member of the Northeastern Ohio Paralegal Association (NOPA). He is an Associate Member of the Akron Bar Association (Paralegal Committee) and a member of The Organization of Legal Professionals.
David A. Moyer holds an Associate Degree from Stark State College of Technology (Canton, OH), earned his B.A. degree from Walsh University (North Canton, OH), and has a Paralegal Certificate from the Academy of Court Reporting and Legal Studies (Cleveland, OH).
David A. Moyer also has a Lifetime Membership in the NAACP.
