Silhouette recounts the story of a father who loses his wife in a tragic accident. Left alone to raise his rebellious teenage daughter and deal with his grief, the lonely man finds comfort in the arms of a stranger—a woman he may know better than he realizes.
Silhouette is from the team behind critically acclaimed movies Daddy’s Girls, Paint, and These Things We Do: writer David Stanley and director B. Skow.
“With Silhouette, I wanted to explore the heavy subject matter of death, while still finding ways to coax out the erotic elements,” said B. Skow. “Death often brings people closer together, making them value life, love, and sex even more.”
Skow for Girlfriends Films’ Silhouette will release on DVD on April 1.
