The Benwa company has been the sole provider of true Benwa balls in the United States since 1942, and they seem to realize you just can’t—or at the very least shouldn’t—mess with perfection. The metal balls are weighted and slightly larger than the size of a marble. After inserting them into the vagina or anus, the user strengthens the internal muscles by clenching to hold the balls in place (start with one and work up to being able to control the second ball).
