LOS ANGELES—Wisconsin Tiff has revealed details about her latest body transformation, which involved an innovative rib sculpting surgery performed by Dr. Chaudhry of Be That Beautiful in Beverly Hills.
Known for her extreme content, Tiff traveled cross-country to undergo Rib Sculpt Plus, a minimally invasive, scarless surgery that uses ultrasound-guided tools to fracture and reposition up to 12 ribs, creating a narrower waistline.
Tiff explained, "This isn’t like traditional rib removal. It’s safer, scarless, and the healing process is supported by a corset that acts like a cast. It’s the only way I could achieve this shape—and I’m obsessed with the results."

Tiff joked, "The hardest part is sleeping upright until my new La-Z-Boy chair arrives. But otherwise, I’m healing well and already working on vlog content to take my fans through the journey."
For the next three months, Tiff will wear a corset 24/7 (except to shower) as her ribs stabilize into their new position. Her fans are already reaching out for details, inspired to explore the option for themselves.
Tiff shared, "I’ve wanted this since 2023, but I couldn’t find the right info. I actually discovered Dr. Chaudhry on TikTok when I saw a trans woman share her experience—that’s when I knew this was possible."
With a new waistline, a refined diet focused on whole foods, and plans to return to Pilates in three months, Tiff embraces this transformation as part of a personal evolution.
