LAS VEGAS — Video chat website TSStream.com announced that it has acquired LiveShemales.xxx and has rebranded the live trans performer cam portal as TSStream.xxx.
“Understanding the changing landscape of trans sexuality has included acknowledging and championing the evolution in terminology to describe these gorgeous women,” TSStream.com CEO Michael James said. “By acquiring LiveShemales.xxx, and rebranding it under our own banner, we hope to empower transwomen who entertain their fans on our site as they claim their sexuality in real time.”
The company said a large and important part of the acquisition and rebranding is the complete overhaul of the previous site’s descriptive terminology. All derogatory descriptive language has been replaced with politically correct, empowering language.
“Calling trans performers ‘shemales’ and the like, really are a thing of the past,” James added. “We feel we cannot properly support our trans performers if we are branding them with derogatory language on our sites. Updating the site, with the correct parlance throughout, is part of properly supporting and empowering the community we promote. We hope our efforts will encourage other trans sites to follow suit.”
