BALTIMORE—Latin performer TS Foxxy will headline a Trans All Star Party event Sept. 23 and 24 in Baltimore.
The event takes pace at Little Darlings, 403 East Baltimore St., Baltimore.

The event also will feature TS performers Morgan Bailey, Natassia Dreams and Chanel Santini.
