The Erotic Heritage Museum Adds ED Archive Exhibition

LAS VEGAS—The Erotic Heritage Museum (EHM) has launched the ED Archive Exhibit, featuring the extensive memorabilia of publisher Don Waitt and three decades of Erotic Dancer magazine.

Waitt was the publisher of Erotic Dancer magazine and head of the company that champions the erotic dance business. Devyn Waitt, his daughter, has produced a digital display of Erotic Dancer magazines and personal artifacts representing three decades of the publication and the gentleman club industry.

The exhibit debuts with a reception at the EHM on Aug. 23, from 6:30–8:30 p.m.

"I think what’s cool about the exhibit is you can carve your own path through it. The draw is being able to explore and see the entirety of the archive in one place," said Devyn Waitt.

Erotic Heritage Museum director Dr. Victoria Hartmann said, "Don Waitt’s work chronicled an industry that influenced culture, challenged convention, and became part of the fabric of Las Vegas. We are also grateful to our Grand Patron, Harry Mohney, whose enduring commitment to preserving the history of human sexuality established a home where stories like Don’s can be shared with future generations. Preserving that legacy is not about endorsement—it is about ensuring that the people, industries, and ideas that shaped our culture are documented, studied, and never erased."

"Museums are often expected to preserve the history people approve of; we believe they should preserve the history that shaped us," said Hartmann.

The exhibit’s debut reception coincides with the first day of the annual 2026 ED Expo. Attendees from the expo can enter the reception free by showing their expo badge; the general public can purchase regular museum admission to attend. The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) will also host an almost complete print run of Exotic Dancer magazines through its 2024 publication run. Online editions of the magazine are available at Digital.edpublications.com.

The Erotic Heritage Museum is located at 3275 Sammy Davis Jr Dr, Las Vegas, Nev. 89109. For more information, call (702) 794-4000 or visit Eroticmuseumvegas.com.
