Stripchat Launches Magic Search Feature
LOS ANGELES—Stripchat has launched "Magic Search," a new feature available to all users that matches fantasy-based searches in more than 50 languages with relevant live rooms.
With more than 150,000 models streaming every month, almost nothing is too specific to ask for, according to the site.
The feature has handled over two million queries since its beta launch in February 2026. In practice, a search can be as plain as "Gym girl with perfect abs" or as particular as "Kawaii catgirl playing with a dildo," and Magic Search looks for live rooms that fit the description, not just the nearest category.
Stripchat's computer vision tech recognizes what is happening in live public shows and makes it searchable, so a description finds the room even when no category matches it.
“Search should feel like magic: you describe the room, and there it is," explained Chase Straight, the head of brand at Stripchat.
"That is what ours does, and that is why we called it Magic Search," he said.
Smarter search has been promised across the industry for a while.
"We already have the most traffic of any adult livestreaming platform in the world," claimed Straight. "The next step is making it the most qualified. That's why we see Magic Search as the future of discovery. Whatever your niche, we want to fill your room with people who are into what you do, and give you an even better chance to succeed.”
Stripchat is building its discovery roadmap around Magic Search. The point is to make finding the right room faster and more reliable for users, and to provide even more qualified traffic for models. Magic Search is live now on desktop and mobile at Stripchat.com.
