LOS ANGELES—The Spicy Spectrum podcast, hosted by Pepper Kat, is nominated for Most Popular Podcast/Radio Show at the 2026 Urban X Awards.
Since launching in 2023, Spicy Spectrum built an audience through conversations centered on intimacy, desire, fantasy, relationships, masculinity, vulnerability, and human behavior. The podcast combines lived experience with conversations featuring therapists, intimacy experts, and adult industry professionals.
Pepper Kat studied psychology before earning a master’s degree in television production and management, later combining those fields into a podcast exploring connection and human behavior. With more than four years in the adult industry, she brings firsthand insight into intimacy, fantasy, emotional connection, and modern relationships.
“I started Spicy Spectrum because I wanted to create conversations people were often afraid to have openly,” said Kat. “Seeing the podcast receive this nomination honestly means a lot because it grew through genuine listener support and word of mouth.”
