Directed by Brother Love, "the action opens with Juan Loco having broken both his hands fooling around so he can’t feed or take care of himself. Luckily his stepmom (Venom) is there to help. One morning, she is trying to help him eat when he causes her to spill applesauce on her shirt. She peels it off and runs to the sink to clean it, while Juan can’t help but stare at her big breasts," a scene description said.
