LAS VEGAS—Richard Mann was inducted into the 2026 AVN Hall of Fame at the AVN Awards on Jan. 24 at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.
Mann debuted his adult career over 20 years ago, and he journeyed from the high gloss images of Vixen to the director's chair with Evil Angel.
Mann shared, "This journey began so long ago, it seems like it was just yesterday I began to do my own thing. What means the most to me is to see the recognition of the hard work I have put into all that I do. Thank you, AVN, Evil Angel, and every performer who has ever taken part in one of my productions or just shared the screen with me. I share this induction with you. Thank you, Shandam, Rico, and all my crew who helped make this magic happen. I could not have done any of this without you. Thank you, Jonni Darkko, and so many other directors who gave me a chance to shine and helped show me how to do the things I do to get to the place that I am now—both in front of the camera and behind. I am blessed and honored. Most of all, thank you, fans, for your support each and every year. This next year is going to be bigger than ever. I am motivated to do things I never have, and that is why we are not stopping! Not for one second!"
