PATTAYA, Thailand—Elle Stanger of "They Talk Sex Podcast" is this week’s guest on "Adult Site Broker Talk."
Elle Stanger is a board member and co-president of the Oregon Safer Workers Coalition.
She is certified by AASECT as a sex educator and is a writer, podcaster, and professional in the adult industry. Her podcast is available online at TheyTalkSex.com.
Elle advocates for consensual sex workers and survivors of exploitation, both within Oregon and internationally. She is a queer, polyamorous parent and lives with autism, ADHD, and CPTSD. She seeks to integrate grief literacy and trauma-informed care into her work and identifies as a lifelong learner.
Her efforts as a facilitator and public educator include collaboration with counselors, EMTs, therapists, and harm reduction specialists.
The Oregon Safer Workers Coalition (OSWC) addresses health and economic disparities among sex workers and trafficking survivors in Oregon, prioritizing at-risk groups through advocacy, harm reduction, research, and education.
They confront issues such as sex negativity, whorephobia, and victim blaming. Elle also organizes monthly meetings for industry workers past and present. She is currently designing an STI/HIV educational program. More information is available at Oregonswc.org.
