HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Alexander "Monstar" Raymond is now accepting cover model submissions for the next wave of Rise of the Femme Monsters comic books, set to debut this summer. Following a successful launch featuring MILF performer Tanya Tate as the cover model of the premiere issue, the action-horror series is now seeking a new face to headline the next release.
Said Raymond, "Having Tanya Tate on the cover was very organic. She has established roots in cosplay long before it was a keyword. And because Rise of the Femme Monsters is inspired by the gothic horror movies of Hammer Films, Tanya fit the bill perfectly."
Models interested in being considered for future cover appearances are encouraged to submit their images to [email protected].
Rise of the Femme Monsters is part of the Monstar Horror Universe imprint, featuring a gothic horror theme filled with vampires, werewolves, and mummies. The comic pays homage to the classic style of Hammer Films while bringing a modern, female-forward approach to the genre. Previous issues, including the Tate cover, are available for viewing and purchase at MonstarUniverse.com.
In addition to the upcoming comic releases, Raymond will be appearing at San Diego Comic-Con as a featured guest on the "How To Get News" panel. The panel is scheduled for Thursday, July 24, at 10:30 a.m. in Room 10. Aimed at helping creators navigate media coverage, the panel provides actionable insights into press submissions, developing a newsworthy presence, and avoiding common mistakes.
Raymond will also offer Comic-Con attendees an exclusive update on the expanding Monstar Horror Universe. More information on the panel is available here.
