LOS ANGELES — Mick Blue has received three nominations in the 2018 Spank Bank Awards.
One of the most awarded male performers of all-time, and the only person ever to win the AVN Award for Male Performer of the Year trophy three years in a row, Blue can now add this trio of noms to his resume: Dominating Dick of the Year, Master of Filth (Director of the Year – Body of Work), and Production Studio of the Year for BAM Visions, which was founded in 2015 by Blue, Anikka Albrite, and Maestro Claudio.
The Spank Bank Awards are in their 8th year and presented by IAFD (Internet Adult Film Database). They are the sole responsibility of Gabriel Lan, one of the site’s contributing writers. The awards show will be hosted by Missy Martinez, with Trophy Girls Goth Charlotte and Ryan Riesling.
“Winners will be announced as soon as we wring every last piece of social media traffic out of this… so in about a week or so,” according to IAFD.
“I’m very happy with the Spank Awards nominations,” Blue said. “I don’t think there are any more categories for male performers, so I literally couldn’t ask for more. And I’m really proud to have BAM Visions get the nomination. Anikka, Claudio, and myself have put a lot of work into BAM over the past three years, and we’re really happy with what we’ve built, and happy knowing people like Gabriel have noticed. Guys who do those jobs see it all, so it’s great when they notice you.”
