LOS ANGELES—Trans performer Leilani Li is attending the 2026 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo (AEE), Jan. 21-24, at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, and will walk the red carpet at the AVN Awards as a nominee.
Li will sign at the Grooby booth from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday and will also appear the More Riches booth.
