HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Trans adult performer Kasey Kei garnered four nominations for the 2026 AVN Awards, including Trans Performer of the Year.
Kei also received two nominations for Best Trans Group Sex Scene:
• Throuple’s Retreat (Transfixed/Adult Time)
• Trans Orgy (GenderX/Pulse)
Her performance with Eva Maxim in Transfixed/Adult Time’s "Creampies on the Mind" earned Kei an additional nomination for Best Trans One-on-One Sex Scene.
