The Women’s Wrestling Hall of Fame was founded in 2022 with a mission to “educate, promote, and preserve the history of Women's wrestling. We educate the public through our various outreach programs, live events, and via streaming/ video which is free and open to the public.”

Jameson is known for appearing at the Hardcore Heaven (1997) as the valet for Hall of Fame tag team the Dudley Boyz, followed by another appearance at ECW Living Dangerously on March 1, 1998, where she served as an on-screen interviewer for Extreme Championship Wrestling. In 1998, she also filmed a vignette with Val Venis for broadcast on WWE programming.

Jameson founded the adult-entertainment company ClubJenna in 2000 with Jay Grdina, whom she later married and divorced. What began as a single website expanded into managing other performers' sites before moving into adult film production in 2001. Their first feature, Briana Loves Jenna (with Briana Banks), was named as the best-selling and best-renting pornographic title at the 2003 AVN Awards.

Jameson also crossed over into mainstream pop culture, starting with a minor role in Howard Stern's biographical comedy Private Parts (1997). She announced her retirement from the adult industry at the 2008 AVN Awards and has since become an advocate for the Christian faith.
