These two genres share a longstanding and unspoken fellowship, borrowing from and fueling each other in ways that speak to our deepest impulses. Said actress Ossuary Angel, “Porn and horror allow people to express and consensually enjoy the taboos they cannot—and sometimes should not—in real life.”
In her Publisher's Statement, Liz Flynt looks at how the EARN IT Act (Eliminating Abusive and Rampant Neglect of Interactive Technologies) doesn't target Big Tech, but targets every individual user—and will subject all of us to unwarranted and unwelcomed surveillance. Flynt advises everyone to take a closer look at the draconian new bill, which is opposed by the ACLU and every major LGBTQ organization and human rights group in the country. Said Flynt, "If we don't want virtually everything we do online spied on by Big Brother, we need to educate ourselves about EARN IT and voice our concerns and opposition to Congress."
