BUDAPEST—Hentaied creator and producer Romero (a.k.a. Mr. Alien) and contract star Emiri Momota were profiled in issue #39 of the cult, horror, sci-fi, fantasy, and exploitation magazine Delirium. The interview was penned by Scott Feinblatt, titled, "Horror Porn Where Mainstream Horror Ends and Niche Porn Begins."
Romero answered questions about what inspired him to start the Hentaied brand, where his story ideas come from, what the atmosphere on his sets is like, how the casting process is compared with mainstream casting and more.
Momota talked about the difference between her online personas, "Emiri Momota" and "Sumire Mizukawa," what it’s like working for Japanese and Western studios; how Romero’s studios differ from other Western studios; how she discovered live-action tentacle scenes; and being a fan of horror movies. The four-page feature included stills from Romero’s scenes and photos of Momota in action on set.
Said Romero, "We did this interview at the end of last year, and I’m excited it’s finally out. It’s great to reach the mainstream with what we’re doing. Many of our productions are higher-end than many mainstream projects. I’m curious to see the reception our feature gets."
