Girlfriends Films Unveils Box Cover for B. Skow’s ‘Daddy’s Girls’

VALENCIA, Calif.—Girlfriends Films has unveiled the box cover for Daddy’s Girls, the controversial new family drama from director B. Skow and screenwriter David Stanley. A throwback to ‘70s porno chic films, the feature explores the themes of incest, rape, and suicide in a provocative tale of family dysfunction.

“One look at our box art and you know something is not right with these dads and their daughters. You can see it in their faces,” B. Skow said. “Like the movie, the cover is a portrait of two very dysfunctional families. The title alone is loaded with innuendo, but that’s only the tip of things; it goes much further than one would think.”

Designated by B. Skow as the best film of his career, Daddy’s Girls is toplined by Maddy O’Reilly and Riley Reid. O’Reilly plays Samantha, a blind 18-year-old girl on suicide watch after she’s dumped by Dale, her father’s best friend and the man who forcibly took her virginity. Reid plays Dale’s daughter, Quincy, a sex-cam performer infatuated with her dad and determined to steal him away from her mother.

Daddy’s Girls co-stars Alec Knight as Quincy’s father, Dale, and Evan Stone as Samantha’s cancer-stricken dad, Bob. Darla Crane, Odile, and Capri Cavanni round out the cast. The film is slated to release on DVD September 24, 2013.

“B. Skow’s features have been generating a lot of buzz recently, and Daddy’s Girls is especially on people’s radar,” said Girlfriends Films Vice President Moose. “The box cover is going to further fuel consumer interest. It does a great job of showcasing what is B. Skow’s best film of his career—a perfect movie we are extremely excited to distribute.”

Daddy’s Girls is the newest release under the distribution deal between B. Skow and Girlfriends Films, which includes the first boy/girl sex movies ever distributed by the famed lesbian studio. Previous titles under the deal are Paint, Voila, Homecoming, Truth Be Told, and What Do You Want Me to Say?

Adult entertainment news producer X3Sixty Network recently released a behind-the-scenes documentary on Daddy’s Girls titled “Nothing Is Taboo: The Making of Daddy’s Girls.” To view the documentary, click here.
