Directed by Ricky Greenwood, the scene opens with Lisa (Cherry Kiss) cleaning her house when neighbor Rose (Blake Blossom) frantically knocks at her door in torn clothing, chased by her infected husband, Carter (Robby Apples). Lisa tells her to hide in the bedroom while she attempts to call the police. Carter appears, and she takes him down. A parasite slithers out of his mouth, crawls up her pants, and into her vagina. Lisa is infected and grows a penis. She slides it inside Rose, trying to impregnate her.
