LOS ANGELES—The 2026 AVN Awards, known as “The Oscars of Porn,” will be presented on January 24, and legacy XXX studio Evil Angel has been recognized with more than 60 nominations. Sixteen directors on Evil’s roster received nominations in multiple categories.
“I’ve been with Evil Angel for 17 years and have had the opportunity to work with some of the most talented directors in our industry,” said studio President Alexandra Kelley. “I’d like to congratulate all of our directors on their well-deserved nominations.”
AVN bestowed prestigious Directing Portfolio nominations, acknowledging a filmmaker’s body of work over the previous year, to 11 creators of Evil content, including:
Jonni Darkko, Pat Myne, Vince Karter, LeWood (co-directors Francesca Le and Mark Wood), and BAM Visions co-director Maestro Claudio, who all took nominations for Best Directing Portfolio—Non-Narrative.
Angelo Godshack, Proxy Paige, and Rocco Siffredi earned Best Directing Portfolio—International nods.
In the Best Directing Portfolio—Niche/Specialty category, AVN recognized Joey Silvera and JD, and in Directing Portfolio—Varied Range, the nom went to Cherry Kiss.
Four Evil movies received AVN nominations for Best Star Showcase:
Siffredi’s Rebel Meets Rebel, featuring Rebel Rhyder, SecretCrush’s Secret Anal Goddess (dedicated to Scarlet Chase), and two signature Darkko showcases—Natasha Nice: Busty Bombshell and Mon Amour, starring Chloe Amour.
Darkko’s Mon Amour took a slew of major nominations, including Best Art Direction, Best Editing, Best Music, Best Solo Tease Performance, and Best Double Penetration Sex Scene (for Chloe’s DAP threesome with Richard Mann and Rob Piper).
Among Darkko’s 18 total nominations, three are for Best Blowbang Scene (Jennifer White in Wet Food 12 and Arabelle Raphael and Kylie Rocket, both in Sperm Diet 3). The Best Oral Movie or Series category has two Darkko nominations, Sperm Diet 3 and Throat Fucks 9.
He also garnered additional noms for Best Anal Movie or Series (P.O.V. Anal Sluts 2); Best DP/Mondo Movie or Series (Double Penetration Fixation 5); Best Solo Tease (Hailey Rose in POV Jugggfuckers 8); Best DP Scene (Valerica Steele in DVP Sluts); and Best Airtight/Gangbang Scene (Summer Vixen in Gangbang Sluts).
“TS Superstar Aubrey Kate is beloved on the XXX screen, as evidenced by her Trans Performer of the Year nomination, and now she’s become an acclaimed director,” an Evil Angel representative said.
AVN recognized Kate’s maiden directing project, Transtoinette, with six nominations, including Best Trans Movie or Series, Best Art Direction, Best Music, Best Acting Performance (for Brittney Kade), Best Trans Group Sex Scene (Kate, Kade, Angellica Goode, Pierce Paris, Austin Rex, Sage Roux and Dom Cruise), and Clever Title of the Year.
Her second movie, “Aubrey Kate’s Wet N Wild,” received nominations for Best Trans Movie or Series, Best Trans One-On-One Sex Scene (Bella Joie and Victoria Grant), and Best Trans Group Sex Scene (Kate with Cliff Jensen, Michael Vegas, Cole Church, Silas Stone, Paris, Rex, and Roux).
AVN recognized iconic director Silvera in the Best Trans One-On-One Sex Scene category for Andylynn Payne and Emma Rosie’s charming scene in Trans-Active 32.
Evil Angel legend Siffredi garnered seven total nominations, including Most Outrageous Sex Scene (Rhyder’s DP & DAP orgy in Rebel Meets Rebel), Best Multi-Partner Movie or Series (Rocco’s Podcast: Martina vs. Eva), and two from Rocco’s Gym: Fit Ass Fuck—Best International Boy/Girl Sex Scene (Barbie Rous and Aaron Rock) and Best International Group Sex Scene (Chloe Chevalier, Sara Diamond and Rock). Rocco’s Sex Lessons: Italian Rookies was nominated for Best DP/Mondo Movie or Series.
Rough sex director-performer Angelo Godshack received a Best DP/Mondo Movie or Series nod for Angels of Hardcore III. That movie also took a Best International Group Sex Scene nomination (for Nicole Black and Nicole Love’s scene). Godshack’s Rough Love 3 earned a Best Anal Movie or Series nomination. His Hardcore Gangbangs 4 got a Best Airtight/Gangbang Scene nom for the Emily Pink and Nela Decker scene. AVN also nominated Mr. Godshack for International Male Performer of the Year.
Filmmaker Paige’s Crossing Borders 2 grabbed a Best International Picture nomination, and her One And Done was recognized for Best Niche Movie or Series.
AVN Hall-Of-Famer Myne received noms for Best Anal Movie or Scene (Gape For Days 5) and Best Curve Appeal Movie or Scene (Phat Ass For Days).
LeWood’s Hot MILFs Wanted 3 took a Best MILF Movie or Scene nod.
A Best Gonzo/Cinemacore Movie or Scene nom went to Bryan Gozzling’s Hookup Hotshot: E-Girls 25.
Fem-dom director Glenn King got a Best BDSM Movie or Scene nom for Glenn King’s Mean Bitches.
Mike Adriano received a Best Oral Sex Scene nod for the Nicole Kitt and Amari Anne scene in DIRTYAUDITIONS.com Volume 10.
AVN honored Kiss with a Female Performer of the Year nomination.
BAM Visions co-director Mick Blue and Karter both received Male Performer of the Year nominations.
The 2026 AVN Awards will be presented Sat. Jan. 24 in Las Vegas.
