LOS ANGELES—"Fortune Favors the Fuckable," the second episode of actor/moviemaker Seth Gamble's latest Wicked Pictures production Clout, is now available on Wicked.com.
Starring Jewelz Blu and Codey Steele, the new episode continues what's touted as a "darkly erotic drama about the perils of online infamy." Elaborates a provided synopsis, "Clout follows Sheen (Steele) as he tries to smooth things over with strip club kingpin Jack (Gamble) after skimming money. He pitches a scheme centered around mechanic-gone-viral Miles (Isiah Maxwell), whose unexpected internet fame makes him a prime target. Meanwhile, Jack’s complicated history with Hazel (Anna Claire Clouds)—his former lover turned social climber—adds tension as she cozies up to Miles, hoping to leverage his rising clout. As influencers, strippers, and schemers converge at Jack’s mansion, Hazel, her new companion Celeste (Maddy May), and Miles find themselves entangled in a fiery exchange that leads to a deeper warning—Jack is dangerous, and they’re all on his radar."
Of the new episode, Gamble revealed, "It’s all about perception, leverage, and the long game. Hazel walks into Miles’ shop—impressed by the guy, or at least what he projects. He asks what she needs. ‘It’s complicated,’ she says. But she’ll show him. The ‘job’ isn’t what he expects—it’s her, moving in for a kiss—camera rolling, of course. When he backs off, the whole thing unspools—her angle, the setup, the hunger for clout. Meanwhile, Sheen’s got his own play. He goes straight to the influencer who broke big in the mechanic vs. influencers clip. Lexi [Jewelz Blu]—the queen of the influencer circuit. She’s got intel on Miles. She’s got ambition. And she’s got no problem dealing in the currency of exposure."
On the work by Steele and Blu, the writer/director enthused, "I find that what makes the scene electric isn’t just the sexual tension—it’s the unspoken game between them. Jewelz, as Lexi, she’s got that effortless control, the kind of confidence that makes people lean in. Sheen knows he’s stepping into her world, but he’s got his own gravity. They’re both playing angles, but there’s a charge there—mutual recognition, maybe even respect, buried under all the ambition. It’s that kind of chemistry where you don’t know if they’re about to cut a deal or set each other up. And that’s what makes it dangerous."
Episode two of Clout, "Fortune Favors the Fuckable," is available to stream now exclusively on Wicked.com.
