VAN NUYS, CA—DreamZone Entertainment’s marketing push for their upcoming feature-length parody release, MacGyver XXX: A DreamZone Parody, continues with this week’s shipment of a double-sided promotional poster to adult retailers. Starring Richie Calhoun as "Angus MacGyver" and Ella Milano as the title character’s girlfriend "Friday," the porn lampoon of the classic '80s television series is scheduled for a late-January 2013 street date through Vantage Distribution. The 18" x 24" glossy promotional posters feature the title’s box art, which showcases former Penthouse Pet and AVN Award nominee Ella Milano. The double-sided posters offer extended usage by including the artwork for Barb Wire XXX: A DreamZone Parody, another upcoming DreamZone Entertainment that is due for release late-Spring, 2013. Barb Wire XXX is a takeoff of the comic book character and the film popularized by Pamela Anderson in the mid-1990s. Like MacGyver XXX, the movie is being helmed by Van Anderson, who handles both writing and directing chores.
Fans are encouraged to click here, where they can view the movie’s 2:25-minute NSFW trailer or preorder the parody release. In addition, the title-specific website includes several softcore photo sets. The photo galleries feature the film’s female stars, Ella Milano, Jayden Lee, Sasha Sweet and Sabrina Taylor, in various production shots and behind-the-scenes stills, and are available here. Media representatives and retailers may also download the trailer for posting to their websites via DreamZone Entertainment’s promotional site.
The original television series version of MacGyver ran on ABC for seven years, from 1985-1992, and starred Richard Dean Anderson as a secret U.S. government agent, who opted to use everyday objects rather than firearms to complete dangerous missions. MacGyver XXX: A DreamZone Parody finds the movie’s namesake character doing battle with a nefarious criminal mastermind who has kidnapped both MacGyver’s girl Friday, and his ex-girlfriend. MacGyver must now spring into action, utilizing tools as varied as a rubber-fisted dildo, a condom, a stick of chewing gum, a piece of string and a rubber band. The 2-disc "Collector’s Edition" includes the full-length parody feature, a "Friendly Non-Sex Version," extensive behind-the-Scenes footage, DreamZone trailers and an assortment of photo galleries.
