CYBERSPACE—2025 AVN Award nominee for Mainstream Venture of the Year Daniel Shar's live comedy show "Near Sex For Work," is set to return on Thursdays Jan. 9 and 16 at 7:30 p.m. at The Lyric Hyperion located at 2106 Hyperion Ave, Los Angeles, Calif. 90027. This show was a hit in July, August, and November.
ATMLA’s resident non-sex actor Shar also earned a Best Non-Sex Performance nomination for his portrayal of a misogynistic gynecologist in Adult Time’s Birth.
Shar also appeared in various projects up for group awards, including Birth, Juicy Silver, and Project X for Grand Reel, The Prize: A Codi Vore Story for both Best Featurette and the Mark Stone Award for Outstanding Comedy, and "Overachiever" for Best Boy/Girl Sex Scene. Shar is also responsible for riffing the alternate title "A Severe Case of Sexy Slut Syndrome" within Birth’s nod for Most Outrageous Sex Scene, alongside Casey Calvert, Tommy Pistol, Codey Steele, and Robby Apples.
