HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Crystal Thayer earned a 2026 AVN Awards nomination for Best Trans Group Sex Scene for her performance in Gender X Films' My First Trans Lover – Scene 2 with Tori Easton and Raven Lane, available on the Gender X flagship site, DVD, and VOD.
