CLEVELAND—Trans indie performer Chloe Corrupt and cis pro domme Griselda Venum have released a new political scene on APClips.com and LoyalFans, criticizing ICE mass arrests and Trump-era immigration policies.
In the new scene, Corrupt and Venum play themselves, while Lazlo in Chains portrays an “ICE agent” who ends up in the crosshairs of two dommes, according to a rep. Cinematography is handled by Madam Poppi Diosa, with an original score and editing by Chicago-based MC and producer Mel Redgrave.
Corrupt also directs the scene, which follows two Dommes cruising their block when they spot an “ICE agent” preparing to kidnap their friends and neighbors.
“I’m outraged at what ICE, DHS, and the Trump administration as a whole have been doing to terrorize communities across the country, including my adopted home of Los Angeles,” Corrupt said. “They’re trampling on the Constitution and brutalizing innocent people. Someone near and dear to me was brutally arrested by the feds while peacefully and lawfully protesting, so this is personal to me."
“I can think of no better medium than pornography to discuss Samuel Johnson’s statement, 'Patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel,'” said Venum. “Filming 'Melting ICE' was a way to challenge mainstream notions of morality, sexual deviance, gender norms, and what it means to be patriotic to one’s community. Art may be one of the last refuges for free speech; we need to use it while we can."
