SAN FRANCISCO—BasisDx, the maker of PASS-certified at-home testing kits, has announced that its Pro13 testing kit is becoming the "top choice" for adult performers and content creators to receive the test and results.
The Pro13 testing kit ships the same day if the order is placed by 2:00 p.m. PT/5:00 p.m. ET. Orders are mailed out via USPS Priority Mail, and customers receive them in one to five days (depending on where they are located). For those who wait until the last minute to test, an express outbound shipment option is coming soon.
Customers can choose express or priority service for returning the samples to the laboratory. With the express return service, the test will be shipped via FedEx Standard Overnight and reach the BasisDx the next day; once the laboratory receives it, the results will be released within 24 to 48 hours. If the Priority Return option is selected, the test will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which will take one to five days to reach the lab and another 24 to 48 hours for the results to be processed. The price difference is $29 for faster results.
