Fan voting is currently underway for Favorite MILF and several other categories, with ballots accepted through 11:59 p.m. EST on May 23.
Winners will be revealed May 27 at the event, with each one taking home a Peter Saville-designed trophy, a verified winner badge on their Pornhub profile, and a cash prize.
