MONTREAL—August Skye, Lana Smalls, and Penny Barber star in new Girlsway featurette for its Supernaturally Stacked line, “Dove Plea,” a new release available now.
Written by Ariel Demure and Tay Allard and directed by Michael Vegas and Siouxsie Q, the scene follows the story of Skye and Smalls who play two friends "reminiscing over their old spirit board, which leads them back to Placard Manor—the site of their first kiss. What starts as playful supernatural nostalgia turns into an encounter with a ghost (Penny Barber) who has more than the afterlife on her mind," a plot synopsis said. To watch the scene, click here.
“Working on set was fun, It was like being on an X-rated Nancy Drew set,” Skye said. “I loved the opposites attract role alongside Lana, our chemistry was unmatched, and having Penny Barber as our sex therapist ghost just sealed the deal in this sexy film.”
Smalls added, “It's an honor to work with the talented and bright (and hot) women I was cast with. I'm very thankful to be chosen for this film and working beside some incredible friends who wrote an incredible script,” she said. “Tay Allard and Ariel Demure are like little porno David Lynch's, just a little bit sluttier. Also, August Skye and Penny Barber, I would like to have sex again and again for more ghostly projects.”
Barber said, “I always enjoy working with the talented husband-and-wife team Siouxsie Q and Michael Vegas, but this was my first time working with Ariel Demure. She had such a strong vision for this production, which was so cute and fun, like an adult, sapphic version of ‘Are You Afraid of the Dark?’ Plus, the sex was amazing and I got to wear my Victorian reproduction lingerie from Dickens Fair. I think a lot of women—and maybe some others—are going to enjoy the cozy, nostalgic lesbian vibe of this one.”
