ASACP Honors Featured Sponsors for April 2025

LOS ANGELES—The Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection (ASACP) has honored VerifyMy, Safenames, and Pineapple Support as Featured Sponsors for April 2025.

ASACP is a nonprofit organization entering its 29th year of driving online child safety. It relies on the support of companies, organizations, and individuals committed to protecting children from online harm.

ASACP’s Featured Sponsors are industry members and companies who have demonstrated corporate responsibility and ethical business practices and deploy technical measures that protect minors and sensitive users from accidental exposure to age-restricted materials online.

ASACP’s executive director, Tim Henning thanked VerifyMy, Safenames, and Pineapple Support for their support.

Henning stated, "We are extremely grateful to our dedicated sponsors, who play a crucial role in creating a safer future through their support of online child protection initiatives. Their commitment to promoting age assurance helps preserve the innocence of our youth. The tools our association provides at no cost would not be possible without their generous support. Together, we are making a true impact!"

Tools encompass free child protection resources for parents, Best Practices tailored to specific adult market segments, and a comprehensive Code of Ethics for all website and mobile app publishers. These vital resources help empower companies of all sizes to prevent minors from accessing age-restricted content.

One of ASACP’s most notable achievements is its RTA (Restricted To Adults) meta-labeling system, which prevents children from accessing adult-oriented web pages and apps. Additionally, its CP Reporting Tipline has processed over 1.25 million reports since its inception and remains a vital global resource.
