ARLINGTON, Va.—Ameena Green has announced her participation in Blerdcon 2025, a convention celebrating Black culture within the nerd community. The event will take place from March 7 to 11, at the Hyatt Crystal City, located at 2799 Richmond Highway, in Arlington, Virginia.
This year’s Blerdcon theme, "THRILLA!! Yew Skerd!," will immerse the attendees in a horror-inspired experience. The convention will spotlight Black writers, cosplayers, storytellers, and artists within the horror niche. Blerdcon fosters an inclusive environment, including members of the LGBTQ community, individuals with disabilities, people of color, and international guests.
Green, who launched the A3 Magajin Magazine in December 2024, shared, "I am so excited to be invited to Blerdcon. The group there offers such a sense of community, and I’m looking forward to meeting with fans. Come check it out, you won’t be disappointed."
Attendees can engage with Green as both an exhibitor and a panelist. She will share her personal story, discuss her passion for nerd culture, and explain how she got started in content creation and adult cinema.
