MONTREAL—Alt Erotic’s director of production, Ivan, has won Best Deathmatch Photographer for 2024. The fans of the Deathmatch community group voted on the win. He also won the same award in 2023.
Before starting adult productions, Ivan, who goes by his legal name Slava when shooting these shows, is a multi-award-winning mainstream filmmaker with over two dozen film and personal awards. His continued work in the adult community has earned him Director of the Year awards and inductions into two Hall of Fames.
Said Ivan, "This is my escape from my career and real life. I love helping these amazing men and women tell their in-ring stories with imagery captured in certain angles, lighting, and even hiding certain things in the shadows. I am honored that so many fans and wrestlers really love my work."
