LOS ANGELES—Alison Rey stars in "Step-By-Step Exam," from Girlsway's fauxcest studio, Mommy’s Girl.
The scene opens with "Rey portraying a mid-twenties virgin who is brought into a health clinic by her overbearing and worried stepmother (Sophia Locke), who wants her to get a full body physical to make sure her reproductive organs are okay. But Dr. Calvert (Casey Calvert) gets irritated with Locke's domineering attitude quickly shifting to intrigue as she assesses the dynamics between the two women. Observing Locke's intense preoccupation with her stepdaughter's body and sex life (or lack thereof), Dr. Calvert becomes curious about the underlying tensions and relationships at play," a scene description said. "Seizing the opportunity to both lighten the mood and address the unusual situation, Dr. Calvert decides to make the examination process more engaging. She playfully involves Sophia in the exam. But things quickly take a turn as they all engage in a three-way."

“Personally, I’ve always had a little bit of a medical fetish; I even released my first gynecology scene a couple months ago on my OnlyFans,” Rey said. “And it’s no secret that I’ve always enjoyed the family taboo, role-play scenes. Casey Calvert and I have a terrific chemistry and are great friends. Overall, it was a recipe for a fantastic scene, and it’s easily among my top five favorite studio scenes.

Both Sophia and Casey are amazing performers, and really put all of their energy into their work, which helped me be present in the scene, which made the entire thing flow really well. Every line you hear during sex was improvised, even though it sounds very scripted. We were all just very present with our characters and the scenario and making kinky porn," she added.
“There is actually a spot in it where I legitimately almost cried with Sophia during an emotional moment. The whole thing was very weird, very hot, and it was just a great time getting to play an innocent role again. It’s been a long time since I’ve been cast in such a timid role and it was fun revisiting those roots," Rey said.
