HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Alexis Fawx is a finalist in Exxxotica's 2025 Fanny Awards. She is nominated in the "Who's Your Mommy" category which honors a top MILF performer.
From March 14 to April 7, fans can cast their votes daily to help Alexis take home the award. The winners will be announced live during the Fanny Awards ceremony on Saturday, April 12, 2025, in the Grand Ballroom of the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Illinois.
