2ndofthemonth.com Spotlights Admiral Theatre's Mike Dickinson

**CHICAGO—**Mike Dickinson, manager of The Admiral Theatre and all Pony men’s clubs, is featured in the industry online magazine 2ndofthemonth.com, discussing his life in and outside of the nightlife business.

In the publication’s monthly feature, "A Little More Personal," Dickinson reflects on his goals, dreams, and the things that make him happy.

“Helping other people level up,” he said when asked about the things he likes to do. “I get attention because of my role, but I try to use that to shine light on team members who don’t always get recognized. Watching someone grow into who they’re supposed to be is what actually makes me feel good.”
