PATTAYA, Thailand—Rob Bast of Corepay is this week’s guest on “Adult Site Broker Talk.”

Bast has solidified his expertise in navigating the high-risk payment landscape with tours of duty at some major payment platforms. He has also brought growth to each of his previous companies.
Bast’s career in the merchant services industry spans nearly two decades, a path inspired by his mentor, the late Jack Welch, who encouraged him to gain Fortune 100 experience. Bast first managed startups on both coasts before joining American Express. Later, Gary Jackson at CCBill recruited him to lead its sales team, which introduced Bast to adult and high-risk markets. After nearly five years with CCBill, Bast moved to Humboldt Merchant Services as vice president of sales. Following another five years, Bast transitioned to Corepay, where he now serves as chief sales officer.
At Corepay, Bast heads a team specializing in payment services that address diverse risk profiles across the US and EU.
In his role, Bast utilizes Corepay’s proprietary NetValve gateway to ensure secure and efficient online payment processing.
His primary focus lies in enhancing recurring payments and fostering strong financial ecosystems. Corepay, with nearly a decade of expertise as a payment service provider, offers high-risk processing and tailored payment solutions, including credit card and alternative options for e-commerce businesses.
