Lovense Is Chaturbate's Most-Used Tag, Census Finds

LOS ANGELES—An independent census of the Chaturbate network, conducted hourly since Sept. 3, finds that "Lovense"—the brand name of a connected sex-toy maker—is the platform's most common tag, appearing in an average of 1,560 rooms, or 19.4% of all rooms on air. It outranks every body-type, category, and act term, including "squirt" (1,531 rooms), "bigass" (1,485) and "anal" (1,381).

The census also measures when the network is awake. Across 531 recorded hours, the busiest hour is 21:00 UTC — 5 pm ET, 10 pm UK — with an average of 8,784 rooms live. The quietest is 10:00 UTC at 5,785. The network is therefore 1.52 times larger at its peak than at its trough.

The reason is geographic. South America accounts for 50.2% of rooms on air, against 27.0% for Europe and Russia, 8.7% for Asia and 7.9% for North America. A single region supplies just over half the network, so the network's daily rhythm largely follows one continent's evening.
