For more than 45 years, Susan Marilyn Block, Ph.D., known to many as “Dr. Suzy,” has worked as a sexologist, therapist, author, cultural commentator, and media personality. A graduate of Yale University, she is best known for hosting "The Dr. Susan Block Show" and for HBO specials that brought international attention to discussions about relationships, sexuality, pleasure, awareness, and human connection.
She founded her institute in 1991 to provide resources focused on communication, relationships, sexuality, peacemaking, and personal freedom through a combination of counseling services and public outreach efforts.
