CYBERSPACE—Veteran gay porn actor Dillon Diaz launches "Digging Deeper," a bi-monthly column exclusively on Fleshbot that features topics about the porn industry and the reality of being in the business. Diaz served as a guest writer for Fleshbot in February for Black History Month. He looks forward to joining the team as a regular contributor.
Diaz starts his first column by talking about his planned nuptials to porn performer Jake Waters. The two met on set for Noir Male in 2019 and it was love at first sight. The real-life porn couple tied the knot on April 29.
Said Diaz, "We had a beautiful courtship that defied the odds and renewed my faith in love. When I began working in adult entertainment, I just assumed that I would be single for the duration because there wouldn’t be many people who would be comfortable with what I do for a living. And trying to build a relationship with someone who is also an adult entertainer, could be problematic too, but I was wrong. I found one who understood me and loved me."
Moving forward, Diaz will talk about his first year of marriage, how it fits into their careers in the porn world, and his unique perspective and behind-the-scenes takes.
