Director Wrex Oliver's 1st Gay Feature Rolls Out on SayUncle

LOS ANGELES—Director Wrex Oliver celebrates Pride Month with the launch of his debut gay feature, the parody Sexerance, for SayUncle. The feature is “a surreal, erotic twist on the lauded Apple TV series, Severance," a studio representative said.

The movie stars Nicholas Michaels, Eddie Patrick, Gage Palmer and Cole Connor,  and “dives deep into a strange workplace where memory, identity, free-use relationships and taboo family ties are all part of the job,” the representative added.

“At Cumon Industries, four employees have undergone a controversial brain procedure called ‘sexerance.’ Inside the office, they can’t remember anything from their personal lives. Outside of it, they have no clue what goes on at work. What none of them realize? They’re not just coworkers—they’re a pair of stepdads and stepson,” a plot synopsis reads.

Oliver commented, “This might have been my most challenging project to date—and not for the reason you think. Helming a movie is one thing; making a credible take-off of such a fascinating and popular series is quite another.”

“We’re huge fans of Severance and its eerie, corporate dystopia,” the representative said. “We couldn’t resist giving it a wild, sexy twist in true SayUncle style. Sexerance pushes boundaries while paying homage to a show we genuinely love. We can’t wait for our fans to see this upcoming feature that’s unlike anything we’ve ever done before.”

Sexerance has been split into episodes which have been released across SayUncle’s top channels, with the final installment debuting today. To view all episodes, use the following links:
