LOS ANGELES—Adult content creator Hector Ramirez, known as Locked Thug, is in a fundraising contest to become Mr. L.A. Pride 2026.
The Mr. L.A. Pride title is a prominent charitable crown awarded annually by the Imperial Court of Los Angeles and Hollywood (ICLAH) as part of its 4M LA Pride Royalty campaign, which raises tax deductible donations for the Nicole Murray Ramirez Educational Fund (no relation) and benefits members of the LGBTQIA community seeking higher education.
Ramirez said, “I think it’s critically important, as an adult content creator, that we have positive representation and leadership roles in the community. I am running to remove stigmas people may have of those of us in the industry who are proud of who we are and what we do.
“I am running on a platform to share kindness and love because the world is so dark right now. We need more of that, and with the Mr. L.A. Pride title and sash, I will be proud to continue this work,” he added.
Each dollar donated through the link is counted as one vote, and the participant with the most votes wins the title. The deadline to donate and vote is midnight, Friday, June 5.
L.A. Pride events are scheduled to start June 4 and culminate on June 14 with the L.A. Pride Parade and Village, to be held in Hollywood.
