Born in Northern California in September of 1980, Celeste has always immersed herself in the arts. She grew up in a small family and although she excelled in school, she developed and nurtured a certain touch of defiance.  At a young age she left home, she vagabonded around with various groups learning the strange ways of the adult sub culture. No plans, just living for the moment. And in one of those moments a photographer asked her to model, she did it like everything else, just for the experience. She still moves in that typical roomy way. Celeste’s life is all about coincidences – as far as you can judge from the biographical snippets she reluctantly reveals.

In the winter of 2002, Celeste was in Paris and she found herself assistant director & writer to Andrew Blake on Hard Edge. It was one of those coincidences that led Celeste the model to change sides at precisely the right moment.  Back in Los Angeles in the spring of 2002, she was commissioned by Blake again to assist him with Doll House.  Around the same time Celeste was scouted by Joone, the founder of Digital Playground, to stylize a Robby D. feature titled, Beat the Devil, starring Jesse Jane.  Celeste says, “It was kind of a break through for me because after the movie was rapped I felt I had found a place were I could expand and grow with future projects.” She continued to work on several Robby D. projects including Three Timing, another feature starring Jesse Jane, Repo Girl and one of his websites, YummyPie.com.

As a guest on DPTonight, Digital Playground’s multi-award winning Internet show, Celeste revealed her love and obsession for The Story of O.  She described it as perverted and passionate.  Soon after her revelation, Joone asked Celeste if she could use The Story of O as her inspiration and create an artsy film for Digital Playground’s contract star, Jesse Jane.  Already in love with Jesse from working with her on Beat the Devil and Three Timing, Celeste jumped at the opportunity.  She began working on The Story of J immediately.  The result is an eclectic and elaborate fusion of high fashion and eroticism unlike anything the world has ever seen.  Adapting bits and pieces from the The Story of O, Celeste directs the actors in an improvisational technique; Instead of dialogue, facial expression and physical actions tell her twisted Alice in Wonderland tale.  Joone was very pleased with the result and offered Celeste an exclusive directorial contract with Digital Playground.  He says, “Celeste offers a very unique vision in her work and we are honored to have her on our team.  There is no other female director in adult entertainment who is capable of melding hardcore porn with all the glamour and glitz of runway fashion.”

Celeste attributes the fleeting pictures of her memories to her unique and distinct creativity.  These powerful images have fueled her imagination bringing back moments and stories, not just static seconds. And that is why Celeste says she can’t create a picture unless “something has happened beforehand – anything, a game or a scene.” People, she thinks, don’t open up when they’re sitting still with their senses under control. They only do it when they can play around, slip into some role-play and reinvent themselves.

Joone, eminently impressed with Celeste’s perverse taste in layering of beautiful women, unparallel stylizing, and hardcore sex gave her more feature projects starring Digital Playground’s contract girls: Jesse Jane, Devon, and Teagan Presley.

Today, working exclusively with the HD format, Celeste has 4 directorial credits under her belt.   After Story of J, she began a beauty series.  The first two titles in the series, Devon: Erotique and Teagan’s Erotique are scheduled to release in March and April of 2005.  Her fourth production and a personal favorite, Devon’s Decadence, will hit the streets in the summer of 2005.
