Zero Tolerance Entertainment, Third Degree Films and Black Ice, Ltd, which are sister companies, have issued an industry alert regarding recent evidence that indicates its DVD products are being bootlegged in Europe.
The following is an open letter to the adult industry:
It has come to our attention that a major European distributor has initiated a widespread promotional campaign involving most of our titles, as well as those of Third Degree Films and Black Ice, Ltd., under circumstances that lead us to believe that counterfeit product may be involved.
Zero Tolerance Entertainment, Third Degree Films and Black Ice, Ltd. do not tolerate piracy, and will invoke civil and criminal remedies to the fullest extent available against anyone who sells or re-sells bootlegged product.
This is the subject of an immediate and thorough investigation.
Playhouse is the only European distributor authorized to sell DVDs by Zero Tolerance Entertainment, Third Degree Films, and Black Ice, Ltd.
